Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis
Conduct product presentations and explain features & benefits to customers
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals
Follow up on inquiries, orders, payments, and dispatch coordination
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
Collect market intelligence and competitor information
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management
Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, logistics, service) for smooth execution
