We are seeking a young and dynamic Partner Marketing Executive to strengthen and expand our channel ecosystem. This role will focus on enabling system integrators, OEMs, and channel partners with marketing programs and co-branded campaigns. The Partner Marketing Executive will ensure partners are empowered with the right tools, training, and incentives to drive pipeline growth and establish our brand as the preferred choice in fire safety and industrial automation.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage programs to support partner-led campaigns, events, and digital marketing.
Create and deliver co-branded marketing collateral, sales decks, case studies, and partner toolkits.
Plan and execute partner training programs, certifications, and webinars in collaboration with Product and Sales teams.
Manage the Partner Portal, ensuring easy access to updated assets, deal registration, and training modules.
Drive joint campaigns with trade show participation and local seminars.
Monitor partner campaign ROI
Establish partner communication cadence (newsletters, webinars, updates) to keep the ecosystem informed and engaged.
Build success stories and case studies in collaboration with OEM and system integrator partners.
Qualifications
------------------
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (system integrators, OEMs, distributors) in India's industrial market.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

Number of certified partners onboarded per quarter.
Pipeline contribution from partner-led opportunitie
