Marketing Assistant (1-3 years experience)

who can work closely with senior leadership on

sales strategy, communication, and brand outreach

What You'll Do

Support leadership with proposals, sales decks, and marketing communication Manage LinkedIn content, outreach, and brand positioning Coordinate marketing for ShipEasy, Smart Warehousing, Port Intelligence, ERP projects, and AI-driven products Research industry trends and build insights for sales teams Prepare case studies, brochures, client communication Ensure CRM discipline and follow-up tracking Collaborate with design/content teams for campaign execution

What We're Looking For

1-3 years in B2B marketing (Logistics/IT/SaaS preferred) Excellent communication and storytelling abilities Strong PPT, research, and coordination skills Comfortable working directly with senior leadership High ownership and ability to move fast Based in
