We seek a passionate Marketing Executive to promote our organic fertilisers and biopesticides. The role involves executing marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive product adoption among farmers and distributors, supporting our mission of sustainable agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Build relationships with farmers and distributors, providing product demos. Support sales with lead generation and promotional materials. Track campaign performance using KPIs and report to management. Represent the company at agricultural events and exhibitions.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Agriculture (preferred). 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in agriculture or FMCG. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and basic graphic design. Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills. Knowledge of organic farming is a plus. Fluency in English and Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage. Willingness to travel.
