Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Support social media content planning, posting, and engagement tracking.
Coordinate with designers, content writers, and vendors for campaign material.
Conduct market and competitor research to support strategy and planning.
Help manage email marketing campaigns and maintain customer databases.
Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and documentation.
Assist in organizing events, promotional activities, and brand activations.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and share insights with the team.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and tracking tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or social media dashboards (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
