Job Description

Bright Polymers is a leading manufacturer of butyl sealant tapes and vacuum bagging tapes for the roofing, construction, and composites industry. To support our business growth, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation & Follow-Up Manager to expand our sales pipeline and ensure consistent engagement with prospects across multiple communication channels.

2. Objectives of the Role



To generate high-quality B2B leads, maintain a structured follow-up process, and implement automation tools to streamline communication, nurture prospects, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.

3. Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation

Identify, research, and source potential clients via online platforms, industry databases, trade directories, and other B2B sources. Build and maintain a robust database of relevant contacts. Qualify leads based on set criteria (industry, geography, business size, relevance, etc.).

Multi-Channel Follow-Up

Initiate and maintain contact with leads via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. Customize follow-up sequences based on lead behavior and interest level. Track response rates and adapt follow-up strategies accordingly.

CRM & Automation

Set up and manage automated follow-up workflows using CRM or automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, WhatsApp Business API, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). Monitor follow-up performance and optimize for higher engagement. Keep CRM and contact records up to date with all interactions.

Reporting & Coordination

Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, engagement, and conversion pipeline. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to refine targeting strategies and messaging.

4. Required Qualifications & Skills



Proven experience in B2B lead generation and multi-channel follow-ups. Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and email marketing best practices. Ability to manage high volumes of leads and follow-ups effectively. Detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven mindset.
