Marketing & Social Media Manager

to lead and execute high-impact campaigns across

three visionary projects

Doon Imperial Residential School : An innovative Boarding School

reimagining the curriculum to prepare students for a future shaped by AI, sustainability, and emerging tech.

A Real Estate and Realtor venture in Kamloops, Canada

, focused on client-centric property sales, branding, and trust-building in the community.

Doon IAS Academy

, a hybrid learning platform supporting foundational courses for competitive exams and school-level skill development through online and offline delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy & Brand Building



Develop and execute unified brand strategies for all three ventures while maintaining their distinct voices and positioning. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign decisions.

Content Creation & Management



Design and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Create engaging multimedia content (reels, blogs, ads, newsletters, and video scripts). Oversee storytelling campaigns that highlight student achievements, property features, and academic outcomes.

Digital Marketing & Analytics



Run paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) with a clear focus on ROI. Optimize SEO/SEM for both organic and paid growth. Analyze campaign performance and generate regular reports with insights and recommendations.

Community Engagement



Build and moderate active online communities for students, parents, and potential clients. Respond to messages, DMs, and comments to improve engagement and trust.

Coordination & Execution



Collaborate with school leaders, realtors, and academy coordinators to align messaging and marketing goals. Coordinate photoshoots, testimonials, webinars, and open house events (virtual and physical). Travel occasionally for on-ground execution (boarding school shoots, real estate listings, academy events).

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand management (multi-project experience is a plus). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands or verticals simultaneously. Experience in education or real estate domains is an advantage but not mandatory.

Technical Skills & Tools:



Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator - nice to have) WordPress or similar CMS tools SEO tools like SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Moz Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling tools Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)
