Planning campaigns aligned with business goals Knowing the best time to post & target audience behavior Creating monthly content calendars

Platform Knowledge

Deep understanding of platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. Knowledge of platform algorithms and trends

Analytics & Reporting

Using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite

Advertising & Paid Media

Running Facebook & Instagram Ads Knowledge of Google Ads basics

Community Management

Replying to comments & DMs professionally Handling customer complaints & queries Building an online community
7.

SEO & Hashtag Strategy

Basic SEO for social content Researching & using effective hashtags
