We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing and Social Media Manager to strengthen brand presence and lead end-to-end social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 4-5 years of experience working with established consumer or lifestyle brands, a strong command of short-form content production (especially reels and video storytelling), and a proven ability to grow and engage online communities.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Drive brand visibility and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Content Creation
Conceptualize, script, and produce engaging short-form video content, including reels and product-focused storytelling pieces.
Strategy & Campaign Execution
Plan and manage monthly content calendars, trend-driven campaigns, and influencer partnerships to support marketing objectives.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Monitor platform analytics to measure engagement, reach, and conversion impact; optimize content strategy using data insights.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand representation and high-quality deliverables.
Community Engagement
Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions to build a responsive and loyal digital community.
