Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and grow company and leadership profiles on
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other emerging platforms
.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts aligned with brand voice and strategy.
Develop social media campaigns around product launches, leadership highlights, industry trends, and events.
Monitor analytics to track engagement, growth, and campaign performance.
Public Relations & Branding
Draft press releases, media notes, newsletters, and email campaigns.
Build relationships with journalists, influencers, and industry networks to secure brand coverage.
Promote company leadership through thought-leadership articles, interviews, and media mentions.
Ensure consistent
brand image, tone, and storytelling
across all platforms.
Digital Marketing
Execute SEO & SMO strategies to maximize online visibility and ranking.
Drive targeted
digital marketing campaigns
(Google Ads, social ads, etc.) for product and service promotion.
Support lead generation through creative digital strategies.
Collaborate with design and technical teams for integrated marketing campaigns.
Content Creation & Design
Design visually appealing graphics, reels, and videos for social media using
Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and video editing tools
.
Draft professional communication material including newsletters, corporate mailers, and leadership highlights.
Develop creative campaigns for festivals, events, industry days, and product showcases.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Strong knowledge of
PR, Branding, Digital Marketing, SEO, SMO
.
Proficiency in
Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and video editing software
.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Creative thinker with an eye for design, storytelling, and audience engagement.
Ability to craft compelling social media strategies and measurable campaigns.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Up-to-date with
latest social media algorithms, PR trends, and digital marketing tools
.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in
Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or related fields
.
3+ years of proven experience in Social Media, PR, or Digital Marketing roles.
Experience in managing corporate or leadership branding.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
