Job Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate has strong storytelling skills, understands online trends, and can curate strategic content that enhances brand visibility, engagement, and growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management



Develop, plan, and execute monthly social media content calendars. Create engaging content in various formats--posts, reels, stories, videos, and infographics. Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all platforms. Work closely with design and marketing teams to produce high-quality creatives.

Social Media Strategy



Build and implement platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels. Identify opportunities for campaigns, collaborations, and content series. Stay updated with the latest digital trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Community Management



Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions; ensure timely and professional responses. Manage online reputation and maintain a positive brand image. Engage with audiences through polls, Q&As, and interactive content.

Analytics & Reporting



Track performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and conversions. Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Optimize content based on data-driven learning and platform analytics.

Campaigns & Collaborations



Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations. Assist in planning and executing social media ad campaigns (with the marketing team). Support event coverage, live sessions, and campaign shoots as required.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. 2-4 years of professional experience in social media management. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and trending platforms. Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills. Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.). Ability to function in a fast-paced, creative environment. Basic knowledge of Canva/Photo editing/Video editing is a plus.

Preferred Skills



Experience with paid ads and campaign planning. Ability to conceptualize creative ideas and scripts. Knowledge of social media automation/scheduling tools. Strong aesthetic sense and brand understanding.
