Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
Manage company profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, hashtags)
Monitor daily engagement, comments, messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and content writers
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and promotions
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports (reach, engagement, leads, growth)
Stay updated with latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships (if applicable)
Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals across all platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
Excellent content writing and communication skills
Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Basic knowledge of paid ads, analytics, and campaign optimization
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience in performance marketing and lead generation
Knowledge of graphic tools like Canva or Adobe tools
Influencer marketing experience
Industry experience relevant to the company
