Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern
to support our branding, outreach, and online growth strategy. This is a great opportunity to work directly with the founder, drive visibility for an HR tech-forward brand, and build a solid portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
Design reels, stories, carousels, infographics, and promotional content aligned with our brand identity
Conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitors, and content gaps
Run basic paid promotions (Google/Meta ads) under supervision
Assist in building our newsletter and email marketing templates
Track performance metrics and help improve engagement and reach
Work closely with leadership on creative campaigns and employer branding initiatives
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut/InShot, or similar design/video tools
Understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital marketing basics
Strong communication skills and creative thinking
Bonus: Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, analytics, and email marketing tools like Mailchimp
Passion for startups, HR, consulting, or B2B marketing is a big plus!
