Typical responsibilities include:
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between clients and the company, and ensure a positive client service experience.
Manage social media team members and assign regular tasks in all the projects. o Facilitate scaling brand awareness of our clients through various social media channels. Plan strategies to expand the reach of the brand or company and execute the same after discussing with the clients.
Work with clients to create and implement social media strategies on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn. o Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics etc.
Plan and create content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media o Plan and execute video shoot in various client sites to generate video content for social media.
Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation's brand and social media strategy
Managing the budget to be spent on promoting social media posts.
Keeping track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns
Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure everything is consistent and going as planned.
Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of social media campaign management experience in a digital agency o Strong communication and people management skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients o Strong understanding of latest trends in social media. o Knowledge of Reels, Shorts, and other latest content marketing trends. o Ideation and content creation skills o Leadership qualities to lead and motivate the team o Candidate should possess expert knowledge on social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc o Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and social media marketing creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas o General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, Content Marketing, Google Ads and other digital marketing strategies. o Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention o Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach o Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once o Knowledge and hands-on experiences in tools like Hootsuite and HubSpot will be a plus o The ability to work well under pressure on several projects at the same time in order to meet deadlines o Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
