We are looking for a

Marketing and Social Media Executive

to handle customer enquiries coming from social media ads.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer phone calls generated from social media ads Reply to customer messages on

Facebook, Instagram, and website enquiries

Talk politely with customers and explain products clearly Post basic posters and videos on social media pages Support simple marketing activities for the shop
Requirements

Basic degree is enough Basic English knowledge to communicate with customers Basic knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram) Should know how to post posters and videos on social media Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude
Experience

Freshers can apply Experience in social media or marketing is an added advantage
Salary

Salary will be discussed during the interview
