We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Social Media Assistant to support our marketing campaigns, manage online presence, and help grow our brand visibility across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.).
Create and edit basic content using Canva and video editing tools
Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitor activities.
Maintain the content calendar and ensure timely posting.
Help in planning and executing promotions, collaborations, and influencer tie-ups.
Track and report social media performance metrics.
Manage calls, emails, appointments, and meetings efficiently
Support & Assist the founder in day to day operation
Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth daily workflow
Handle personal and professional brand management tasks
Assist in business development, client relationship management (CRM), and marketing coordination
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Skills & Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing, and social media platforms
Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
Fast learner with a solution-oriented approach
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Work Setup: On-site only (Lower Parel, Mumbai)
Work Hours: Full-time (Monday-Saturday)
Compensation: Based on speed, efficiency, and experience
