Qualification:

Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing and sales distribution activities. Identify new distributors and dealers to expand the company's network. Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Maintain distributor and retailer relationships to achieve sales targets. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support business development. Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer data, and order follow-ups. Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of sales and distribution processes Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and reporting skills Ability to work in coordination with field and internal teams

Salary Range:

Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 22,000 per month

Working Hours:

9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, 6 days a week
