Job Description

A Sales Trainer designs and delivers programs to boost sales team performance by analyzing skill gaps, creating learning materials (handouts, videos), onboarding new hires, coaching reps, and assessing training effectiveness, ultimately ensuring the team has skills, product knowledge, and strategies to meet goals, often requiring experience in sales and strong communication/coaching abilities.

Key Responsibilities:



Needs Analysis:

Conduct skill gap analyses, review performance data, and gather feedback to identify training needs.

Program Development:

Create curricula, outlines, presentations, handouts, and digital content (videos, case studies) for training.

Training Delivery:

Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching for new hires and experienced staff.

Coaching & Mentoring:

Provide ongoing support, observe sales encounters, and help reps achieve targets.

Performance Evaluation:

Measure training impact through trainee feedback, performance metrics, and sales results.

Coordination:

Liaise with sales managers, HR, and external trainers; manage budgets and schedules.

Staying Current:

Research market trends and new sales techniques to keep training relevant.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
