We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Traine to lead, design, and implement effective sales training programs at Sakhiya Skin Clinic, Surat. The role requires building strong sales competencies, enhancing consultation quality, improving conversion ratios, and ensuring consistent training standards across the clinic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Deliver Sales Training Programs:
Develop and execute tailored sales training programs for both new hires and existing sales teams. Ensure training is in line with clinic goals, products, and customer expectations.
Sales Consultation & Upselling Techniques:
Train the team on high-quality consultation practices, objection handling, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue while maintaining client satisfaction.
On-the-Job Training & Coaching:
Conduct on-the-floor coaching, role-plays, performance assessments, and refresher programs to ensure team members are meeting sales targets and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Monitor & Evaluate Sales Performance:
Use data and KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness, track progress, and make improvements to training modules where necessary. Focus on improving sales conversion rates and increasing overall revenue.
Custom Training Modules:
Identify skill gaps within the team and design specific training programs that address these gaps, ensuring that team members are always improving and adapting to new techniques.
Collaboration with Leadership:
Work closely with Clinic Management, Sales Heads, and Clinic Leadership to align training strategies with overall business objectives and growth targets.
Documentation & Reporting:
Create and maintain training calendars, performance assessments, progress reports, and feedback documentation. Monitor team performance post-training and track improvement in key areas.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure that all training programs are aligned with the clinic's sales SOPs, communication standards, and regulatory compliance guidelines.
Market Insights & Competitor Analysis:
Continuously monitor the latest market trends and competitor sales practices to refine training methodologies and adapt to changing industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Training or Sales Development, ideally in a hospitality, healthcare, or aesthetic clinic environment.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience within the aesthetic/cosmetic, healthcare, or hospitality industries is preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical ability with a deep understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.
Proficiency in MS Office and other training software/tools.
Ability to design training materials and resources, ensuring effective delivery across the team.
Hands-on experience in sales performance evaluation and improvement.
