Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field visits, calls, and online research.
Visit customers, collect enquiries, and promote company products.
Maintain daily visit reports and update leads on ERP/CRM.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up on payments.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for order status.
Identify new market opportunities and competitors' activities.
Prepare weekly tour plans and submit expense statements on time.
Handle customer complaints professionally and update management.
