1. Lead Generation & Prospecting ? Identify and research potential clients (via LinkedIn, directories, industry databases). ? Build and maintain a list of qualified leads and update the CRM regularly. ? Assist in outreach campaigns (email, cold calls, LinkedIn messaging). 2. Client Engagement ? Support sales presentations, calls, and follow-ups with leads. ? Help respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and schedule meetings. ? Maintain professional communication and develop client relationships. 3. Market Research ? Track trends in target industries (e.g., exports, logistics, fintech). ? Monitor competitor offerings and identify market gaps. 4. Reporting & Coordination ? Maintain and update CRM tools (like Zoho, HubSpot, etc.). ? Support the business development team in tracking sales KPIs. ? Prepare weekly reports and share updates with team leads.
