. The role involves field visits, product demonstrations, lead generation, and onboarding customers onto our software platform.
Key Responsibilities
Visit shops and small businesses daily as per route/market plan.
Demonstrate and promote software products to potential customers.
Educate shop owners on software features, benefits, and pricing.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly software subscription targets.
Provide basic onboarding and setup support to new users.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and business owners.
Collect market intelligence about competitors' software and pricing.
Maintain daily visit reports, leads, and sales updates.
Ensure timely follow-up for renewals and customer support needs.
Represent the company professionally during field visits and demos.
Requirements
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Experience: 2-5
years in field sales (software, POS systems, SaaS, retail solutions, FMCG, or B2B sales preferred).
Driving License:
Mandatory
(two-wheeler required).
Good communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
Tech-savvy, able to explain software features clearly to non-technical customers.
Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving ability.
Understanding of Bhopal's retail markets is an advantage.
