Job Summary
The Marketing and Sales Representative is responsible for promoting the company's products or services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. This role combines marketing activities with direct sales efforts to drive revenue growth and strengthen brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products or services to new and existing customers
Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Present products/services clearly and persuasively
Execute marketing campaigns (online, offline, or in-person)
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals
Collect customer feedback and report market trends to management
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve strategies
Attend events, meetings, or trade shows when required
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales or marketing is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence and ability to work with different types of customers
Basic knowledge of marketing tools and sales techniques
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Good time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions
Office-based, field-based, or hybrid (depending on company needs)
May involve travel and flexible working hours
