Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Sales Executive located in Bhopal. The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and executing marketing campaigns, building customer relationships, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The role involves day-to-day customer interactions, sales, developing sales pitches, online marketing strategies, Data analytics and most importantly, achieving target-based sales.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of Experience in
real estate
sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Proficiency in developing and executing marketing campaigns
Strong market research and analysis skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI usage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry is a must.
