We are looking for a highly driven and experienced
Marketing & Sales Manager
to lead our sales growth, onboard new clients, manage seller relationships, and promote Courier Karo services across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good market understanding, and experience in B2B sales or logistics.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Generate new leads and onboard sellers/businesses to Courier Karo.
Achieve monthly shipment targets and revenue goals.
Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations with potential clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing sellers to ensure retention and growth.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase Courier Karo's brand visibility.
Create and manage campaigns on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Coordinate with the design team for marketing material, creatives, and advertisements.
Promote new features like API integration, Order-by-Link, Claim Portal, NDR automation, etc.
Client Management
Understand client requirements and provide suitable courier solutions.
Resolve seller queries related to rates, couriers, shipments, and account setup.
Regularly follow up with clients for shipment growth and service feedback.
Operational Coordination
Work with internal teams for onboarding, support, claims, NDR, and account management.
Maintain daily reports of leads, conversions, and revenue.
Help improve processes for better seller experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Logistics/E-commerce preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams.
Knowledge of courier services, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp tools, CRM, and digital marketing basics.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and strong team leadership skills.
