Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Marketing and Sales Manager to oversee brand promotion, drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and expand our market reach. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.

Sales Responsibilitie

s: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets. Build and manage a high-performing sales team. Identify and onboard new retailers and clients (Cool drink shops, Food Trucks, Departmental Stores, Pharmacies, Supermarkets, etc.)Identify and onboard new distributors and institutional clients (hotels, restaurants, offices, etc.).Manage and grow relationships with existing clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.

Qualifications

: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG or bottled water industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Strong knowledge of market research, sales forecasting, and territory management. Ability and willingness to travel as per requirement.

Pay: ?11,014.84 - ?62,508.02 per month
