Now we are looking for Marketing and Sales Manager.

Experience:-3 to 5yrs

Responsibilities

Developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and ensure the company's strong market presence Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market

Qualifications

Any degree in business administration or a related field Proven sales experience in Solar Industry, meeting or exceeding targets Previous experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing director Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Pay: ?10,481.77 - ?44,583.64 per month
