Reporting to : General Manager/ Directors'/ Managing DirectorSalary: 5.0 to 6.0 LPA + Allowance (as per policy)

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead sales and business development activities in Karnataka for our products catering to the Forging and Casting industry. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, overseeing product application trials, and driving revenue growth in a target-based, field-oriented environment. Candidates must own a personal mode of transport (two-wheeler preferred). This is a resident job, and candidates are expected to travel from their residence for client meetings and site work.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive Sales and Business Development for forging and die casting industry-related products. Develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls for the Karnataka region. Monitor and manage customer order deliveries and ensure timely dispatch. Manage payment collections from customers in the designated territory. Organize and supervise product trials, application testing, and attend to complaints at customer locations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Serve as a vital link between customer needs and company offerings to deliver value-driven solutions. Maintain up-to-date market intelligence including competitor activities, customer financial health, and industry trends.

Qualification and Skills :



Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering OR Bachelor in Science. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Presentable and professional demeanor Proven problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently or within a team Strong time management and email writing capabilities.

Soft Skills:



Effective interpersonal and client-handling skills Strong follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently Comfortable working in a field-intensive role with regular travel

Other Requirements:



Fluent in English Male candidates only (due to field nature of the role) Willingness to travel frequently within Bangalore Must own a two-wheeler.
