Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Marketing and Sales Manager

with strong knowledge in

ELV systems, hardware networking, CCTV/security cameras, and IT solutions

. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing

large-scale projects

such as

malls, shopping centers, residential buildings, commercial properties, and corporate facilities

.

Your primary objective will be to bring in high-value projects, build relationships with contractors, consultants, facility managers, and developers, and represent the company professionally in the market.

Key Responsibilities:Project Acquisition:

Identify, target, and secure

big projects

including malls, shopping centers, residential buildings, warehouses, offices, and commercial complexes.

Build strong relationships with

contractors, consultants, MEP companies, facility management firms, and real estate developers

.

Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities for

networking, IT infrastructure, access control, CCTV, and security system installations

.

Sales & Client Management:

Prepare and present company services to potential clients and decision-makers.

Generate leads, follow up, prepare proposals, and close contracts.

Handle client inquiries and provide the best technical and commercial solutions.

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.

Marketing & Business Growth:

Develop strategies to enter new markets and increase brand visibility.

Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company.

Prepare marketing materials, sales presentations, and project documentation.

Requirements:

Experience

in ELV, CCTV, IT networking, or similar technical sales.

Strong network in real estate, construction, or facility management sector (preferred).

Excellent understanding of

CCTV systems, access control, networking, PABX, WiFi solutions, IT infrastructure

, etc.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to independently bring projects and achieve sales targets.

UAE experience & driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
