We specialize in software development, SaaS products, web and mobile app development, graphic design, digital marketing, and a wide range of IT services. With a growing portfolio of international and domestic clients, we're seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager to help us scale our business to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet revenue goals
Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients
Manage end-to-end sales cycle including pitching, proposal writing, negotiation, and closing deals
Coordinate digital marketing efforts across SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Track performance metrics, sales reports, and ROI of marketing efforts
Collaborate with technical and design teams to ensure alignment with client needs
Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide strategy
Lead and mentor junior marketing and sales team members
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT or software sector
Strong understanding of B2B sales, SaaS products, and digital marketing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms
