Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote plastic fabrication, statues, novelties, stationery, and decorative products.
Identify and expand customer base in domestic and export markets.
Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and contribute to strategic planning.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
plastic fabrication, decorative articles, or related industrial sectors
(same industry experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
