Position: Marketing Manager (Industrial & Electrical Sector)Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand business in industrial, commercial, and public sector markets.
Identify new clients, projects, and business opportunities across Maharashtra and India.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and institutional buyers.
Coordinate with production and project teams to align marketing with delivery capabilities.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and client presentations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare reports for management.
Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across platforms.
Desired Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
5-10 years of experience in B2B/industrial marketing, preferably in electrical or manufacturing sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales/marketing targets.
Familiarity with tendering processes, government contracts, and industrial procurement.
Skills Preferred
Knowledge of electrical products and industrial solutions.
Experience in digital marketing and CRM tools.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
