Assist in sales outreach via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
Handle client follow-ups, reminders, and coordination with prospects.
Maintain and update sales leads, and follow-up sheets.
Support the sales team in preparing quotations, product details, and basic proposals.
Coordinate internally with operations and management for order-related communication.
Work towards achieving weekly sales activity targets (calls, follow-ups, lead conversions).
