Marketing & Sales_Intern

Job Duration:

3 /6 Months Internship

Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Days: Monday to Saturday

(Note: Completion of internship does not guarantee future employment).

Job Summary:

A proactive Marketing & Sales Intern is required to support pre construction work, field activities, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

? Support pre-construction activities, documentation, and vendor

coordination.

? Conduct site visits, field surveys, and market research.

? Assist in marketing campaigns, and competitor analysis.

? Participate in site presentations, client visits, and lead follow-ups.

? Maintain lead databases, daily logs, and reports.

? Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and marketing

materials.

? Other responsibilities assigned by Sales & Marketing Head.

Requirements:

? Graduate / Pursuing Graduation/ Pursuing MBA

? Own vehicle is mandatory.

? Good communication and interpersonal skills.

? Comfortable with field activities.

? Basic MS Office skills.

? Interest in real estate preferred.
