Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Support in identifying potential clients through online research, networking, and cold outreach.
Maintain and update lead databases.
3. Sales Support
Assist sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and product/service pitches.
Follow up with potential clients via calls, emails, or messages.
Help in managing and tracking sales pipelines.
4. Marketing Campaign Support
Contribute ideas for social media, email, and digital marketing campaigns.
Create and schedule engaging content for different marketing platforms.
Assist in executing promotional activities and events.
5. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide basic product/service information.
Gather testimonials, reviews, and feedback from customers.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain reports on marketing activities, sales leads, and conversion progress.
Track campaign performance metrics and share weekly updates with the team.
7. Coordination & Team Support
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, operations) for smooth execution of campaigns.
Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing and sales departments.
Assist in gathering data for customer profiles and segmentation.
Analyze feedback and survey data to support marketing strategies.
Requirements
Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in sales, marketing, and technology sales; previous experience in retail sales or direct sales is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software is preferred; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and provide actionable insights.
