Job Title: Intern - Sales and Operations

Location: In- Office

Duration: 3-6 Months

Stipend: 15-20 KPM

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive intern to join our HC Sync project. The role involves a mix of sales and operational responsibilities, including onboarding mentors from product-based companies and engaging with users to facilitate 1:1 mentorship sessions. If you're a people person with an interest in both sales and operations, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Mentor Onboarding:
Identify, reach out to, and onboard mentors from top product-based companies.
Ensure mentors meet the required standards for expertise and professionalism.


User Engagement:
Connect with users generated through marketing leads.
Address user queries and guide them in selecting the right mentor based on their needs.


Sales Execution:
Convince users to book 1:1 mentorship sessions and close payments.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.


Operational Support:
Coordinate with mentors and users to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of sessions.
Manage and update records of leads, mentors, and sessions in the CRM system.

Who You Are:


A highly motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Some one with an interest in tech, education, or career mentorship.


Comfortable with both sales-driven and operational tasks.


Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.


Familiarity with tools like CRM systems and Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

• HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
