About the Role:

You'll play a key role in expanding our network and increasing brand awareness within specific creative and property-focused industries.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing & Sales Intern, you will be instrumental in fostering new partnerships and promoting 8MH Organic's unique properties and services. Your responsibilities will include:
Partnership Development & Outreach:
Identify and research potential collaboration opportunities with film studios, photo studios, fashion brands, and make-up artists in Delhi-NCR.
Initiate contact and build relationships with key decision-makers in these organizations.
Present 8MH Organic's properties as ideal venues for film shoots, photoshoots, and brand collaborations.
Property Owner & Real Estate Agent Engagement:
Identify high-net-worth property owners with unutilized villas, farmhouses, or holiday homes in Delhi-NCR.
Connect with real estate agents to explore potential tie-ups for property acquisition and management partnerships.
Introduce 8MH Organic's property monetization model and exclusive management services.
Awareness & Lead Generation:
Assist in spreading awareness about 8MH Organic's offerings through targeted outreach and networking.
Gather market intelligence on industry trends and competitor activities.
Support the sales team in generating leads for property bookings and owner partnerships.
Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities and potential leads.
Provide regular updates and reports on collaboration progress to the sales and marketing teams.
Coordinate introductory meetings between potential partners/owners and senior team members.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
Must be based in Delhi-NCR
and comfortable with field visits within the region.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Enthusiasm for the travel, hospitality, and real estate sectors.
