Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our fashion and clothing products across various channels (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.).

Sales Management:

Drive sales performance through effective planning, product promotion, and conversion strategies across D2C, marketplace, and offline platforms. Create engaging campaigns and seasonal promotions that align with the brand's identity and customer expectations.Build and manage the brand's voice and visual identity in the market to enhance customer loyalty and brand recognition.Understand target audience preferences and create initiatives to increase customer engagement and retention.
