Marketing and Sales Executive - Electroplating

Reports to: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Overview:
As a Marketing and Sales Executive in the electroplating industry, you will be responsible for promoting and selling electroplating solutions to industrial clients. This includes building strong customer relationships, understanding market trends, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging trends in electroplating.
Lead Generation: Identify and approach new clients, maintain a pipeline of prospects, and convert leads into sales.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of electroplating solutions.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to understand product specifications and provide accurate information to clients.
After-Sales Support: Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing post-sale issues.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback for management review.
Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for market expansion and product diversification.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in electroplating, metal finishing, or industrial chemicals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Technical understanding of electroplating processes is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
