Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about marketing, and keen to build strong client relationships. You will play a key role in promoting our products/services, generating leads, and supporting the overall sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products/services.

- Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects.

- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

- Attend exhibitions, events, and meetings as required.

- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Good presentation and persuasion skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Eagerness to learn and grow in sales and marketing.

- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
