We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

to lead our operations in India. The candidate will focus on

, the candidate will be responsible for building a strong network with clinicians and opinion leaders, driving sales, and representing our brand at key industry events. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to minimize conflicts among partners while maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Development & Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive

sales strategies

to grow the market in India Generate sales, ensuring

brand representation

across direct and indirect sales channels. Establish and support

sales activities

and

build strong networks

with key

opinion leaders

, clinicians, and healthcare providers.

Sales Pipeline & Target Achievement:

Build a strong

sales pipeline

, prospect new business opportunities, respond to inquiries, and participate in

local conferences

and

industry events

. Implement

marketing and sales strategies

, organize

promotional workshops

and

product demonstrations

, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.

Channel Management & Conflict Resolution:

Optimize sales while minimizing

channel conflicts

among sales partners, ensuring effective collaboration. Assist in the definition and implementation of new

sales channels

, expanding the market reach.

Strategic Leadership & Reporting:

Lead the

sales teams

, assist in strategic sales planning, and update

CRM systems

with meeting notes and sales updates. Prepare

monthly sales plans

forecasts

, and

reports

to track performance and provide insights for business growth.

Public Representation & Events:

Represent the company at

trade shows

congresses

,

exhibitions

, and

symposia

, effectively communicating the company's mission and solutions. Coordinate

administrative tasks

, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Requirements:



Educational Qualification:

MSc in

Biomedical/Biomechanical Engineering

,

Economics

,

Natural Science

,

Sport Science

, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of

rehabilitation technology

,

assistive devices

, and clinical applications.

Experience:

Marketing and

sales experience

in the

medical devices

sector. Proven track record in

operational and strategic sales

positions. Experience in

multi-channel sales management

in an open market.

Existing network

in the

India and South Asia

regions is preferred. Experience with

capital goods project management

and knowledge of the

Indian healthcare system

(hospitals, clinics, nursing homes) is an added advantage.
