We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing and Sales Executive to lead a dynamic team of five skilled professionals responsible for campaign execution, content creation, performance analytics, and lead conversion. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between marketing strategy and business results, ensuring cohesive execution, consistent communication, and sustained performance growth. Proficiency in drafting professional emails and managing client/stakeholder communications is essential.
1. Team Leadership & Coordination
? Lead and mentor a team of five marketing professionals
? Allocate responsibilities based on team strengths and business needs.
? Review campaign plans, content calendars, and analytics reports prepared by the team.
? Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business strategy and sales targets.
2. Campaign Oversight & Strategy
? Monitor ongoing digital and offline campaigns to ensure timely execution.
? Provide strategic input to improve campaign reach, engagement, and conversion.
? Liaise with design, content, and technical teams to ensure marketing assets are aligned with brand standards.
3. Content & Communication
? Supervise content development for emailers, website, social media, and marketing collateral.
? Draft and review business emails, proposals, and pitch decks to ensure clarity, professionalism, and conversion potential.
? Ensure brand voice consistency across all communication channels.
4. Dashboard Management & Analytics
? Oversee the team's preparation of campaign performance dashboards.
? Review key KPIs like lead generation, conversion rate, ROI, and channel performance.
? Recommend data-driven adjustments to strategy for better performance.
5. Lead Management & Sales Coordination
? Ensure timely follow-up on leads generated via campaigns.
? Support the sales funnel with communication, tracking, and conversion support.
? Work with CRM tools to ensure all client interactions are well-documented and followed through.
6. Strategic Client & Consultant Management
6.1 Client Relationship Management:
? Regularly engage with existing clients to understand their needs and propose additional services.
? Analyze client activity, feedback, and past performance data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
? Schedule account reviews and follow-ups to proactively manage client satisfaction and contract extensions.
6.2 Consultant Partnership Development:
? Build and nurture strong relationships with independent consultants and partner agencies who act as lead generators.
? Design campaigns and engagement strategies specifically tailored to support and activate consultant networks.
Qualifications & Skills
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
? 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead or executive role.
? Strong grasp of digital marketing concepts, campaign tools, analytics platforms, and CRMs.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Proficiency in email writing and stakeholder communication is critical.
? Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
