Gayathri Machinery is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and building strong client relationships within the Printing industry. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on sales expertise, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Gayathri Machinery's products and services across multiple channels Identify and target potential clients to generate quality sales leads and expand the customer base Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales objectives Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management review Coordinate with internal departments (such as product development and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and timely delivery of solutions Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and generate new business opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in marketing and sales roles, ideally within the machinery, manufacturing, or industrial equipment sectors Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and sales techniques relevant to B2B industrial products Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
