Key Responsibilities:



Sales:



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations. Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM software.

Marketing:



Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (digital, offline, BTL). Generate content ideas and collaborate with the content/design team. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Manage social media accounts and track engagement metrics. Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; digital marketing knowledge is a plus. Ability to travel as needed.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
