We are seeking a motivated and dynamic
Marketing & Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching services to potential clients, maintaining relationships, and driving business growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Pitch and explain CutKaro's services (video editing, social media management, and graphic design) to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls/messages.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, clients, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
2-6 years of experience in
sales, marketing, or business development
(freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident in client interactions, pitching, and negotiations.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and creative services.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience working in a marketing agency or creative company.
Knowledge of CRM tools or lead management systems.
Presentation and storytelling skills.
