Experience:

Job Summary:

The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to generate leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of both marketing principles and sales processes, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Analyze data to inform marketing and sales strategies.

Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across different platforms, tracking performance and optimizing for better results.

Brand Promotion:

Assist in building and maintaining brand awareness and positive brand image.

Lead Generation:

Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads through various channels, including digital marketing

Skills:

Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Prospecting & Lead Qualification:

Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, inbound leads).

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Product/Service Presentation:

Effectively present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
