Experience Level: Minimum 2-4 years (sales, telecalling, CRM handling, lead management or similar. Candidates with skin clinic or service industry experience preferred)

Job Summary



Dr. Sheth's is seeking a candidate to drive footfall growth by managing incoming leads, supporting marketing initiatives, and converting enquiries into confirmed appointments. The Marketing & Sales Executive will structure and organise all leads received through the CRM and external sources, respond to client enquiries, and ensure a disciplined follow-up process that results in increased walk-ins and procedure conversions. The role acts as a key bridge between marketing-generated leads and operational execution, with clear growth potential into broader marketing and sales responsibilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities



Organise, update and structure all leads from CRM, website, campaigns, WhatsApp, referrals and inbound calls. Maintain complete and accurate lead information, ensuring all enquiries are tracked and acted upon. Answer incoming calls professionally and provide clear information regarding treatments, procedures and pricing ranges. Convert enquiries into appointments through confident communication, objection handling and patient guidance. Execute structured follow-up routines, reminders and re-engagement of dormant leads to maximise footfall. Coordinate appointment confirmations and scheduling with the front desk and clinic managers. Ensure CRM hygiene through timely updates, status tracking and consistent follow-up completion. Monitor lead journeys from enquiry to walk-in and highlight any bottlenecks or improvement opportunities. Track leads generated from marketing campaigns and ensure correct source mapping in the CRM. Share insights related to lead quality, conversion patterns and operational challenges with the marketing and operations teams. Prepare daily/weekly summaries on leads handled, conversions achieved, walk-ins generated and follow-ups pending. Support clinic events, promotional days and marketing initiatives as required. Maintain strong product knowledge across treatments and offers to communicate effectively with clients. Maintain professionalism and service-oriented communication on calls, SMS and WhatsApp. Support basic administrative tasks related to the clinic's operations when required. Follow Clinic protocols, safety policies and data privacy guidelines.

Skills Required



Client service with a customer-oriented approach. Excellent English and Hindi verbal and written communication skills. Professional attitude, clear communication, and patient-handling skills. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise, including handling client objections. Ability to organise, structure and prioritise large volumes of leads. Excellent organisational skills, including multitasking and ability to prioritise follow-ups. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, Email and Google Docs. Must be a team player and show enthusiasm towards learning new workflows and systems. Team player with eagerness to learn and grow into wider marketing and sales activities.
