Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and result-driven
Sales & Marketing Executive
to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, promoting our services, and driving revenue growth. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to Urbanline's expansion across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients for interior design and modular furniture projects.
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present suitable design and service solutions.
Promote Urbanline's turnkey interior solutions, highlighting , cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Generate new business through cold calls, references, site visits, and online marketing.
Collaborate with the design and execution teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and corporate clients.
Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain client and lead data in CRM, and prepare weekly reports for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
1-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (preferably in interior design, modular furniture, or real estate).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a creative environment.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
Compensation:
Salary: As per industry standards + Performance-based incentives
