Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new enquiries/referrals for admissions, build and maintain relationships with parents and schools
Work with the school leadership to develop promotional campaigns, attendance at events, and lead generation activities
Present the school's value proposition to prospective families, communicate benefits, unique programmes, and differentiate from competition
Achieve admission targets, monitor the pipeline, provide regular sales and marketing reports
Monitor market trends within the education sector, competitor positioning and parent preferences
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing -- preferably in education or service sector (freshers with strong aptitude may be considered)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Goal / target oriented, able to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of digital lead generation, events or promotions would be a plus
