[A] Lead Generation (Marketing)

Run

digital ad campaigns

(Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn) targeted at homeowners, landowners, and NRIs looking to build houses in Bangalore. Manage

social media platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with creative posts, reels, project updates, and walkthrough videos. Handle

service listings

on relevant portals. Build a strong

online brand presence

to attract high-quality leads.
[B] Sales & Conversions

Contact and follow up with leads from campaigns. Understand client requirements, explain services, and present proposals. Conduct

site visits & client meetings

to build trust and close deals. Negotiate terms and ensure conversion of leads into signed projects. Maintain CRM/Excel database of leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
